2026 年3月25日をもちまして「マキ自動車工業株式会社」及び「株式会社KSS」の親会社である「株式会社アーネスト」は事故車オークション運営等を行う「オークスモビリティ株式会社」（以下、AUX社）」と資本業務提携を結び、兄弟会社となる事となりました。
AUX社は「アント・キャピタル・パートナーズ株式会社」及び「SOMPOホールディングス株式会社のデジタル事業子会社であるSOMPO Light Vortex（ライトボルテックス）株式会社」を株主としており、弊社も本資本業務提携により両社を株主として迎える事となりました。
尚、アーネストグループ内の社外取締役及び監査役の変更はありますが、代表取締役社⾧をはじめ経営執行体制に変更はございません。

Notice of Capital and Business Alliance

KSS Co., Ltd.
As of March 25th, 2026, “Honest Co., Ltd.”, the parent company of “MAKIJIDOSHA KOGYO Co., Ltd.” and “KSS Co., Ltd.,” has entered a capital and business alliance with “AUX Mobility Inc.” (hereinafter referred to as “AUX”), which operates accident vehicle auctions, thereby becoming sister companies.
AUX has “Ant Capital Partners Co., Ltd.” and “SOMPO Light Vortex Inc. a digital business subsidiary of SOMPO Holdings, Inc.,” as its shareholders, and through this capital and business alliance, our company will also welcome both companies as shareholders.
Please note that while there will be changes to the outside directors and auditors within the Honest Group, there will be no changes to the executive management structure, including the President and CEO.
